Touring 2 pace. Passing through Caledon East. Lunch in Kleinburg around 50 km. Has short stretch on King which is ok if group goes single file & stays tight on right shoulder. Also sections on Countryside/Nashville road can be busy on a Saturday so single file would be recommended. Check here tomorrow morning for any changes should weather be a concern. So far it looks ok.

We will stop at the 48 KM mark - lunch in Hockley Valley - we have the option of stopping on the way back (and cutting it short) in Caledon East. Weather looks good and I am looking forward to seeing many Touring 1 participants. Should the need arise we will break the group up into different speed classes - there is 437 meters of climbing and yes there is 438 meters of decents - including Jason's favourite 3rd line from 5th line to Hockley Valley road......remember rubber side down!! During this ride it is my expectation that we obey all traffic signs...no power rolling stops, please at the very least touch the breaksLaughing Safety is the top priority and we are all responsible for each other!! There is a good chance that I will need at least one other leader. We will try as much as possible to keep together, however due to the hilly nature of the course, we will regroup at the top of the climbs. When we are together let's please ensure that everyone that wants to gets the opportunity to lead. Please refer back to this site as I will make any changes prior to 7:00 AM on Sat

CW route through Schomberg & Souptown returning via King City & Kleinberg. The stop is at the 58km mark at a new (to us) bakery discovered by Steve M. The route is rolly, total climbing of around 500m with exactly the same in descending! Aiming for low-end of Classic speed range & will post an update here by 7am on the day if anything changes.

Nice little rolling ride with most of the climbing through Boston Mills before pie and coffee in Erin at Holton's Bakery or Coffee Time.  After a break, we roll downhill through Limehouse! Lots of opportunities to modify the ride depending upon how we do or if the weather changes.  Looks like a hot and sunny day on Saturday so bring water and put on your sun screen.  Average speed of 20 allowing for a slower speed on any hills. Note that I updated route guide on Thursday night.
