Proxy Voting
If you are unable to attend this years AGM, you may assign another club member to vote for you

Executive Committee Positions
At every Brampton Cycling Club Annual General Meeting, all executive committee positions are nominated
and then voted in by the club members. The following is a list of the positions held by members.
If you would like to be nominated, or wish to nominate someone for one of these positions, please be
sure to attend the meeting on October 26th.
PRESIDENT:
Position description to come from the current president, Domenic Bumbaca.
VP RACING:
The elected VP Racing Events will represent the BCC and its
members in regards to bicycle racing events that are hosted by the club
and also events that are hosted by other clubs. For events hosted by
the club, the VP Racing will schedule and publish a racing calendar
providing a series of time trial, road race and criterium events as
well as assign timekeepers to officiate these races. The VP Racing
will keep and maintain the club rules with regard to racing, the
established course records and the BCC code of conduct.
RACING ASSISTANT:
Back up person to the VP Racing.
VP TOURING:
VP Touring responsibilities are to represent the BCC to the
public, promote cycling, keep a high standard of safety and to maintain
and develop programs for BCC members.
SECRETARY:
Update and file the Annual Return of BCC Officers with the
Government as required under the Corporations Information Act.
Record minutes at the AGM and the Executive meetings. Keep the BCC
corporate seal. Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the BCC
Operations manual.
TREASURER:
Receive via mail all membership applications and waivers.
Create a list using Excel of all members and information from the
applications. Record all BCC money received and deposit in the bank.
Write cheques to pay for expenses incurred by the club. Generate a
financial statement at the end of each cycling season.
MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY:
Assist Treasurer as well as make up club
membership cards and OCA cards from application forms.
WEBMASTER:
Maintain and update the BCC website in order to keep the membership
and the cycling community at large appraised of information, including
the scheduling of events and activities.
Answers all emails coming through the website.
Submit payments to and be the primary contact for the domain name and server hosting companies.
